Unfortunately, we follow a NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy due to the nature of our products being skincare, for hygienic purposes. Rest assured that we are committed to providing quality products to our customers and that we make sure that the products we sent out to you are of top quality.

Due to the pandemic, we kindly ask for NO RUSH ORDERS and to be guided by the following shipping timelines:

 

For Metro Manila shipments, kindly expect your package to arrive within 2-3 business days.

 

For Provincial shipments, kindly expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days.

 

For US and Canada shipments, kindly order thru www.lumibella.ca

 

For other locations that are not mentioned above, please expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days.
